Principle
When selling an asset, the inflationary amount (increase in value resulting from inflation only) is tax-exempt. Only the real profit is taxable.
Calculation
The inflationary amount = the cost of the property × (the index of the day of sale / the index of the day of purchase - 1). Residual profit = real capital gain.
