Exemption
An apartment sold as part of a eviction-construction is entitled to exemption from appreciation tax, subject to conditions. A similar exemption exists for TAMA 38 transactions.
Conditions
The exemption applies to one residential apartment only, up to a certain value ceiling. Beyond the ceiling - a proportional tax applies.
