Requirement
An exempt dealer whose turnover exceeded NIS 122,833 must switch to a licensed dealer. The transition was made retroactively from the beginning of the year in which he passed the ceiling.
Procedure
You must contact the VAT office with references on the turnover. From the moment of the transfer, there is an obligation to issue tax invoices, collect VAT and submit reports.
