Form 101 – Employee Tax Card

Purpose

Form 101 is completed by every new employee and updated when personal circumstances change. It determines: credit points entitlement, number of dependents, tax coordination status, and other factors affecting the withholding rate. Correct completion is essential – errors lead to over- or under-withholding throughout the year.
