What Is a Capital Declaration?
Form 150 (hatzharat hon) is a comprehensive statement of all the taxpayer's assets and liabilities as of a specific date. The assessor may require a capital declaration from any taxpayer. It must include: real estate, bank accounts, securities, vehicles, cryptocurrency, valuable personal property, and all debts. An unexplained gap between two successive declarations may trigger an investigation.

- Securities and investment portfolios
- Vehicles and valuable equipment
- Cryptocurrency holdings
- Pension and provident fund balances
- Mortgages and loans
- Credit card debts
- Any other significant assets or liabilities
