A work victim who has been determined to have a permanent disability of 20%+ is entitled to a monthly work disability allowance. Disability 9%-19% - one-time grant.

The allowance is calculated according to the percentage of disability x 75% of the salary in the 3 months before the injury. Maximum: 75% of the average wage in the economy.
