What Is Form 102?
Form 102 is the monthly report submitted by employers to the ITA summarizing all tax deductions from employee salaries, contractor payments, and other withholding obligations during the month. It must be submitted with payment by the 15th of the month following the pay period.
Information Included
- Total gross wages paid during the month
- Income tax withheld from employees
- National Insurance and health insurance amounts
- Number of employees
- Deductions from contractor payments
- Payment for the total amount withheld
Submission Method
Form 102 can be submitted electronically through the ITA's online system (shaam) or through payroll software that integrates with the ITA. Electronic submission is mandatory for most employers. Payment can be made via bank transfer, check, or direct debit.
